3D modeling and drafting of jigs, fixtures and mechanical devices using Solidworks.

I have 10 years experience as a mechanical engineer at the following areas:

* Mechanical design of fixtures and jigs used for the manufacturing processes of medical devices and repair processes of aircraft parts.

* Development of manufacturing methods for medical and aerospace industries (metal) as a project engineer.

*G-code programming of Laser welding systems (CNC) and EDM cutting machines.

*Laser welding and electric resistance welding process parameters developments.

*CAD Designing and drafting of mechanical devices used for production. I was in charge of manufacturing and assembling the mechanical devices by subcontractors (Machining, pneumatic, illuminations).

*Work instruction writing and implementation at production floor, including technicians training.
