Regarding URLs, I want to make sure that:

- Each language has separate, clean URLs
- English pages use /en/ and Hebrew pages use /he/ (or equivalent)
- URLs are SEO-friendly (no random numbers or symbols)
- Products, categories and pages each have language-specific URLs
- The language switcher correctly changes the URL
- Proper hreflang tags are implemented for Hebrew and English
