C++ Developer with QGroundControl

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Software Engineer specializing in QGroundControl development. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in C++ and Qt Framework, and experience integrating and maintaining UAV or defense-related control systems.

Responsibilities:
- Develop, customize, and maintain QGroundControl-based applications
- Implement new features and improve system reliability and performance
- Collaborate with hardware and embedded teams to ensure system compatibility
- Participate in testing, debugging, and integration processes

Requirements:
- Proven experience with QGroundControl
- Strong proficiency in C++ and Qt Framework
- Experience in defense, UAV, or embedded systems is a strong advantage
- Ability to work independently ( freelance)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- English - professional working proficiency
