Develop script on Perl for parsing MS Word docs to SQL and matching

I have number of CVs written on MS Word
I have number of job requirements written on MS Word
I need a program (script) which will go through all CVs and parse the the text by the pre-defined keywords or phrases and create a record for every CV owner in DB (mySQL)
The second goal is to go thorough job requirements document, do parsing there and find out the CV records in DB which are suitable for this job description
