Logo and Simple Site for Freelance Copywriter

I need someone to help me do a few things:

1 - to develop a logo incorporating an image with the company name, I already have an idea of a direction I want to go in with this, and it will be something fun to pull together, something a little bit edgy
2 - to design a simple business card using this logo
3 - to build a very simple website with 4 static pages, maximum. I already have images and text to work with, and a basic idea of how I want it layed out.

I know pretty much what I want but am open to other creative solutions. I am a freelance writer and though my budget is pretty slim, I am looking to develop a strong working realtionship with someone, to whom I can send work to in the future as my 'go-to' design person. So, while I might not be able to compensate you that well right now (it is negotiable), I hope to be able to send more substantial business your way in the future.
