LMS administrator

As part of the job:
- Administering learning management system (LMS) For the company client.
- Managing and maintain the day-to-day learning requirements and process in the organization.
- Providing LMS support for Employees and faculty, including support tickets in the Service Cloud
system.
- Providing LMS data and reports as needed to the Stakeholders.
- Proactively advocating and presenting appropriate use of instructional technology—including best
practices in videoconferencing, multimedia, video, audio, and other resources in support of teaching
and learning at a distance.
- Remaining informed about advances and innovative uses in information technology systems for the
development and delivery of information.
- Working collaboratively with the learning referents in the departments and staff to produce an
engaging and effective learning processes in the system
- Working collaboratively with technical experts, media specialist, web designers, and others to develop
learning course materials, learning objects, and other related deliverables.
Requirements:
- BA in Information Systems or Digital Content Creation.
- Experience with LMS -highly preferred.
- High level of understanding of various operating systems
- Ability to work effectively, independently, and collaboratively
- Excellent organizational skills required.
- Full-time availability and mobility .
